Tall oaks from little acorns grow.

The young (18 year-old) but highly motivated Philip Ward writes about his founding of the Private Libraries Association in the Harrow Observer & Gazette on 17th May 1956. Little did he know then how the Association would grow and flourish, and not just be a 'book pool' but become a book publisher.
