It all started at the Oxford Private Press Fair, held in the Oxford University Examination Schools on 9th and 10th December 2023. I purchased, from the Maggs Brothers’ stand, four small items printed

by the Oak, Ash, & Thorn Press.

A swift glance told me that I had accidentally stumbled upon a love affair.
